I've been using fend-offs to good effect with 700c/44 tufo thunderos. Unfortunately I've been slipping around somewhat in the British gloop with a couple of nasty offs. Got some 650b with 2.1 Barzos for the mud. Fend offs not wide enough so got some sks guards… unfortunately the fork mounting bracket is way too short, and will only mount putting the guard at a funky angle. Any ideas how to make these work? (The alternative is to return this 650b wheel set and get a second 700c pair fitted with some terreno wets…)
Any ideas?

Pretty easy hardware store fix. Bolt a bracket extender and you’re good to go
