Losing the wheelcover is great. I’d suggest to tilt the bullhorns upward a bit more until the end of the bars and the flat part is at the same height. For looks, I’d suggest to cut your steerer tube to your desired length if you are not going to heighten your stem.
Edit: your saddle looks to be a little tilted upwards, might wanna make it leveled
get cone fork, not fat saddle, straight handlebar. bullhorn shit
