  2. Nothing until the bike fit. Then just ride the thing and see if it feels like something should be swapped

  3. I think you should lower the handlebars a little until they are parallel to the ground. That’s totally free.

    Peddles. Personally I like my drops horizontal but I’m not a bike fitter. Ride it as is and see what you’d like to improve.

    It’s usually wheels then you’ll want hydro brakes
