  1. Never heard of a j hop?? And I’ve rode bikes for almost 20 years. Unless it’s something brand new. Looks like a regular old bunny hop to me? Looks like you’re still learning so this is good. The more comfortable you get with the bike and your ability to move it around, it’ll get higher. Also I was always better at hopping UP something than just trying to hop high in flat ground. I could get way higher jumping to the top of a ledge or something. When you get more comfortable just pull that front end up as high as you can, almost do a tuck-no-hander motion on flat, the push that sum bitch forward. Grip those pedals and suck your legs up. It’s not a huge secret or anything just takes practice. Looking good though bro👍

  2. It looks like you’re pulling your bars straight up. You gotta pull the bars on an angle, kinda lean back and pull and then push forward.‘ As others said.. the more you do it.. the better and higher you will get.
