How do I make these red cranks look better?

I bought these red cranks mainly for the quarq power meter on eBay. However, I’d like to clean them up and make them look a little nicer before installing. It looks like this wear is primarily on the clear coat. (I know some of it looks like it’s through the clear coat) What’s the best way to polish/sand this to look better? Ideally without ruining the logos and such.
