    There there to stop the bolts from getting embedded into the disk u can leave them out but might have hassle later on

    Not really, they’re supposed to reduce the chance of a bolt shaking loose but in my experience most people don’t bother with them and have no problems.
    I don’t think I’ve ever had even one rotor bolt come loose even back in the weight weenie days of only running 3 bolts

    The bottom one provides some spacing so you need to realign your brake calibers if not used. I would recommend using it to distance the caliber from the spokes. The figure 8’s are lock washers and you do not need to use them. I use them for an additional layer of safety but I have yet to see a rotor bolt that was installed correctly come loose. If you’re trying to reduce weight, I wouldn’t remove these items. Also the rotational inertia is minimal being so close to the axle.

  4. I would take some calipers and measure that rotor thickness. Looks like it’s seen some wear.
