It has a Sturmey archer 3 speed hub .
Check out RJ the bike guy on YouTube for a tutorial on how to service the hub .
I’m pretty sure its a Schwinn Racer 3 speed, from the late 1950’s to early 1960’s. You can enter the serial number online to find the exact build date.
