New C Line Rear Hub noise (not the clicking)

I did some searching and haven’t found anyone else that has a similar sound but in addition to the normal clicks there’s some sort of other whirring noise that sounds almost like disc brake rubbing until the wheel slows down enough. Any idea what’s causing it or if normal? I believe it’s only in the second hub gear.
