  1. I used to love salmon until I learnt most of the salmon we eat is farmed and full of antibiotics.. sad but we canโ€™t eat wild caught any more much from over fishing and not leaving enough for the animals who rely on it for the ecosystem etc

  2. You forget to say bring pan to temperature before you add the oil and that will help with sticking as well as crispy skin.

    Also you should do the bellies as a completely separate dish

  3. Taste better bc its a fatty farm raised salmon. Wild caught is not as fatty and tender…whole different taste. I hate that bc I love salmon and I value healthier options such as wild caught. Ive experimented over and over again with farm raised vs wild caught at restuarants and at home. The one I loved more was ALWAYS farm raised. So, Ive stopped eating it. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ I dont want to eat farm raised. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

  4. I was trying to figure out what kind of cabbage she was talking about but when Josh said โ€œand sausageโ€ I realized she was talking about fried cabbage! I love fried cabbage and sausage. But boiled cabbage is good too. You just gotta SEASON IT. A lot of ppl boil it with some smoked meat and not just water, but chicken broth. You should try a proper recipe for it. Nice quick 20 minute meal.

  5. Please,salmon is never better in restaurant than at home. Home cooked salmon is way better than any salmon cooked in the restaurant.
