Just turn the bike to be perpendicular to the rack, the wheels are not locked to prevent that. It would have taken much less time than making this post. The only real issue I am seeing is they didn’t lock their bike properly.

They’re pretty concerned for other bikers I think.
By locking their bike this way, they prevent other users from using a shitty bike stand design, and thus risking their bikes getting stolen.

Tbf it’s a bizzare design. Built for turning bikes into dominoes? If I was being generous, I would guess they couldn’t get theirs to stand upright the normal way

Ah these stands are terrible TBF. How are you able to lock both wheels to the stand? It’s another design by someone who does ride bikes. The classic Sheffield stand is the best design.
