Meanwhile, that road is 25 mph. I go there enough to know exactly where these sections of that park are. Numerous racer wannabes show up all weekend to have a crack at the windy switchbacks and the cops don’t do anything about it.
Sucks that a cyclist was the victim of the motorcyclists bad, and illegal, choices.
Surely jumping in a bush every time someone is coming from behind cannot be the strategy.

Out on empty country roads, I hear a car approaching and pull off to the side, watch and wait for them to pass. I feel it is just too remote for anyone to discover me if it becomes is a hit and run.
That’s a bullshit* strategy, you’re looking out for their safety before yours.
