That road is indeed one way (in each direction) road which has certain amount of allowed times when you can go in each direction. For example from Skopje to Makedonski Brod you can go from 7am to 9am and other way around from Makedonski Brod to Skopje from 11am to 1pm. It is a narrow road and if you don’t follow those rules you are risking some car from opposite direction (which is in their time of passing) to push you out of the road. Other than that it is a beautiful road for motorcycle ride.
