During a pre-cleaning inspection of my Canyon Grizl, I discovered the rear derailleur is loose because the threads have pulled out from the frame dropout. This means the derailleur hanger isn't securely attached to the frame anymore. What can I do to fix it? I can even put back on the read wheel because the derailleur keeps dropping.

You can either glue the threaded insert back into the frame with some superglue or you can ignore it because this only prevents the hanger from falling out the frame without the wheel attached. Check the hanger if it’s bent
I’m having the exact same problem on my Grizl 7 AL . The threads are stripped in the frame and I’ve worked around it with duck tape. The only purpose of that screw is holding the derailleur hanger in place when you’re swapping the back tire. It has no other purpose.
The duck tape looks a bit meh though, so I’m hoping to bring it to the workshop soon for a proper fix.
