One of the teeth in my smallest cog looks bent. It is steeply angled and almost touches the next cog. I'm having issues with chain jump in the last two cogs so this is my best guess as to why considering it's a brand new cassette and groupset. Any help would be super appreciated. Thank you!!

It’s normal for cassettes to have a slight bend to help with shifting. But your smallest cog is definitely destroyed.
Gonna want to replace that. Also a good idea to consider a new chain as this can extend the life of the new cassette, assuming your chain is old
