    Asking people How Much Rent they Pay in Malta



    Asking people how much rent they pay in Malta ? In todays video i met people that are living in Malta and asked them how much rent they pay. Some of the answers shocked me, as poeple who moved to Malta are paying a sharing room for €375 per month. Some other people are paying €950, some €1400 and even €4500 per month. The rent in Malta for accommodation is different according to the size of the apartment and the locality. Needless to say the rent in Malta has gone high up in the past 5 years and many people are not happy about that.

      Malta became a joke. Im surprised all these people find it astonishing here with all the traffic and high rises, both in building and in prices.

      Sharing rooms and rents might be it. If you rent an entire apartment, def you cant make it here. Simply out of control

      I stayed in both Malta and Thailand and I prefer Thailand for the reason they don't use Euro as their currency and local drinks, food is very cheap. IF you come from a country that uses Euro as its currency then don't bother thinking that Malta is cheap because it's not cheap at all almost everything is imported from outside Malta that's why buying groceries drinks food in supermarkets etc is more expensive than many European countries, I came during Covid time thinking I can escape central Europe and their crazy covid laws only to be later disappointed with the new law in Malta that I had to wear face mask in public places! The Punishment was 100 Euros at that time for not wearing it I was also stopped by the police 2 times for not wearing face mask! That's why I left Malta and never came back since then. I don't know how it is now in Malta after covid but I still love this country I still see Malta as my country maybe I will come back in the future.

      First time watcher. Nice video en great lady appearing in the end. I would not pay 4500 myself though, I would probably buy if I had such amount of money 😉

      Wow, why Malta is expensive? I mean there are not many jobs over there. Unless in tourism. It seems even Napoli is cheaper than Malta.

      The prices in Malta are ridiculous! What on earth do the people do work wise in malta to pay such crazy prices?
