  1. That’s a flat mount setup, which technically has a limit of 160mm for the rear. There are a few adapters out there to give you the spacing for 180, but it’s outside the designed use for the bike and would likely void the manufacturers warranty.

  2. You need a flat mount brake disc adapter. Not sure what size you need, but probably something a bit like this: https://www.performancebike.com/shimano-road-disc-brake-adapter-black-flat-mount-140-160mm-front-y8n230000/p1391497?v=530424

    HOWEVER you should double and triple check that your frame is rated for a larger disc diameter. The larger diameter will create more of a lever on the brake mount, which can break the frame.

    Honestly I’m not too sure that it’s worth it in the back.
