That’s a flat mount setup, which technically has a limit of 160mm for the rear. There are a few adapters out there to give you the spacing for 180, but it’s outside the designed use for the bike and would likely void the manufacturers warranty.
HOWEVER you should double and triple check that your frame is rated for a larger disc diameter. The larger diameter will create more of a lever on the brake mount, which can break the frame.
Honestly I’m not too sure that it’s worth it in the back.
