We will be going to the NORWEGIAN BORDER FROM SWEDEN during the CORONA period. In this video you can see, do we make it, will we get stopped? And we are cycling through the beautifull DREVFJÄLLENS NATURE RESERVE in order to get to the NORWEGIAN BORDER.
We are Sabine and Marco, and together we are living in a CONVERTED VW TRANSPORTER T6.1 (by TONKE CAMPER vans). We are enjoying our VANLIFE EUROPE SABBATICAL and this camper van is all we need as a very Tiny House on wheels for our VAN LIFE JOURNEY. We call ourselves 010camper.

Hello All, We wonder what you think….did we do something naughty……or do you think it is good we try things for ourselves?
I would say "follow your heart💛" but you already do. And if it were all that forbidden they would have made a barricade. so all in all you are doing well. lots of fun. 🚐👍
Small border post no problem. But Norway has open up somewhat to tourist even from Sweden but not all regions. My region is still not able to go to Norway. In the beginning of the pandemic norwegians called the cops on cars with swedish number plates. Numbers of corona cases go up i norway so they might close down soon again.
Fun thing is that Gördalen in Sweden and Ljørdalen in Norway are actually the same name (the name of the river valley you biked in) with the same pronunciation ("Jördalen") but spelled in different ways. I'm not sure which is the "correct" spelling from an etymological point of view, though, but probably the Norwegian one (Old Norse Ljórdalr in that case).
They check you about 70km after the border. 😅
Thanks for making this video. I live in Finland and only places we are allowed to cross the border to Norway from Border crossing spots. I would like to try to do this but have military in 2022 and dont wanna get a record and take the risk that, there happens to be a thermal camera where i cross it.
