  2. I also cannot help you but I’d like to say that’s a nice bike! What top tube bag is this?

  3. Cassettes don’t cross over unfortunately.

I have an axs setup and I love it. Super easy to swap wheel sets with wildly different ranges. It was so much more work and parts than I was originally hoping but that’s how it always is.

  4. 12 speed cassettes are not cross compatible between Shimano and Sram I’m afraid. I’ve never actually tried it myself but I’m sure it won’t work.

  5. How big is the cassette? Looks like 11-34 or 11-36, which should be doable I’d imagine. It might not shift perfectly but it should work fine I’d think.

What are you trying to do exactly? Install everything except the new cassette? Should be fine, 12s cassettes all have nearly identical cog spacing, even Campag 12s cassettes work with everything else. Just try it, worst thing that could happen is it doesn’t work and you have to wait for the XD hub to arrive.

  6. you can use a 12speed Deore XT/XTR cassette with an AXS GX/X01 derailleur with some slight micro adjustments, but not the road/gravel GRX cassettes. i raced for a year with a mixed SRAM/Shimano setup, using KMC 12speed chains .

  7. Find a cheap NX cassette, it’s 12 speed sram but runs on the shimano freehub for cheap sram bikes
