  1. You’re not going to find parts for sale intended to replaced that. You would need to custom fabricate a whole new piece and then have the skill to remove and reinstall that into the carbon chainstay in addition to repairing the seat stay tubing damage.

I’m sure some fabricators somewhere could repair this but if you have to ask them you’re not qualified and it will likely be cost prohibitive.

Yes it “could” be repaired but not cost efficient.  Depending on the material maybe welding is an option. Maybe not because its too close to the frame . Anyway you would need a frame builder or a very good welder to get a professional opinion. If you’re not attached to the frame just toss it not worth it.

  3. For someone who wanted a hobby project in fabrication and composite repair/bonding and didn’t care about the outsized expense and time involved, yes you could fix it. For most purposes it’s trash.

  4. Congratulations, your Look has been promoted from “patina’d rider” to “wall decoration.”

  5. I’m a welder myself. It looks like cracked aluminum, and in theory it can be fixed. Thing is, there are a lot of aluminum alloys and when you are working with it, you should know what type of aluminum alloy you are welding and which TIG welding rod you should pair with it. On top of that, some types of aluminum require heat treatment after welding, some don’t. Unless you have very detailed information about frame material, I wouldn’t bother with repairs. It can be potentially dangerous if done incorrectly.

  6. I have no clue. Probably can debond it and have a new dropout machined and rebonded.

It’ll be a lot of work for a whippy Kelme frame.

  7. How pretty do you want the repair to be? You could bond a piece of aluminum to the old dropout. Maybe bolt it into place. A piece of channel or even steel. Bolted and glued might keep everything in place. That replaceable hanger might be fabricated from some aluminum as well. Maybe even a close hanger could be modified… depends on how much time you might like to spent!
