Neither, get a more modern hardtail. The geometry is outdated on those.

One is an enduro bike and one is a trail bike, so it depends on what type of riding you want to do.
But my honest opinion is to pass on both. The geometry is old and they run 3x drive trains, which makes a dropper post difficult or impossible to install. They have 26″ wheels, which is very uncommon on modern mountain bikes. Additionally, full suspension bikes over 10 years old usually have worn or totally destroyed shocks and linkages, which could be a maintenance nightmare for you.
