Looks normal to me
This is normal behavior for a chain. And also depends on derailleur, which you don’t show.
So you’re on what’s called small/small. There is the least amount of tension on the chain because there’s too much for the rear derailer to tension. You shouldn’t be in this gear while riding anyway. Look up cross chaining on YouTube for example. Also the smallest rear cog will always make a sound because its closest to the chain stay. This is all normal
