Could be wrong, but the way I approach it is if a rim is double walled and you can tape it, it is.
If the spokes are directly under that tape with no access holes, then no.

What WTB rim is this?

Put some tubeless tape on there and see! more than likely they will work tubeless, but no one can guarantee if they’ll work or not.

You need to look at the bead seat and that is not tubeless tape. its a rim strip to protect the tube. Most upvoted commenter on here doesn’t really know wtf they are taking about.
You can replace the strip with tape and give it a shot and it might work but it likely will leak more then you want it to if it seats at all.

They look like they should work to me. Those are definitely double wall and that shelf close to the edge for the tire bead to pop into usually means they are designed to rune tubeless. As long as you get a tight fit there you are good to go after you take the red rim strip off and tape them with airtight tubeless tape.
If the fit it is loose you can build the shelf up with thick tape but i’m guessing those are tubeless rims.
Non tubeless rims often have just a U shape with no bead seat shelf like that for the tire to seal against.
