I joined Brussels Unchained cycling group on their Friday evening group ride. It was 6:30pm but the sun was still shining bright and didn’t set until half past 9pm. 15 of us on road bicycles ventured out of Brussels city for 2 hours. On single line paths, wide cycling lanes, main roads, through forests, parks, short steep hills, equally short descents and beside canals we road averaging about 30 kph.
This was my second time joining a group of cyclists on a bicycle ride in Europe. Perhaps I’ll join them again :-).

There are many cyclists like me who can’t ride out on the roads due to weather e.g. rain etc. but are on the lookout for motivation on a spin bike.
I think there is a massive demand (it will go viral) for a road bike video being part of a group cycle for a continuous 1 hour. It can be a mix of Kenya, Brussels where ever as long it shows riders pedalling, pedalling and pedalling none stop! Go for it! Make sure to put the title ‘Spin motivation with Moses Amira’
