Basically the title. I really miss my IGH 3 speed. I have this Trek 510 I converted to a 650b wheelset that isn't being much use. Any reason I couldn't use these dropouts for an IGH hub?
As long as you get chain driven and not belt driven there’s no reason you couldn’t.

Depending on the hub you may run into issues with the cable routing. I have an Alfine 8 on a vintage steel frame and the cable stop location on the hub interferes with the cable stop on the chainstay. I tried a bunch of different things and found a couple options but eventually I ended up brazing on a new cablestop with barrel adjuster onto the chainstay.

i don’t see why not as long as the hub width fits
