This ‘crunchy’ sound happens on two cogs in the cassette. The chain is about ready to change based on the wear but just wondering if this sound is a result of the worn chain or the cassette or both?

Get a new chain, if the problem persists then replace the cassette. Since the chains on its last legs it’s just the easiest way to start the process of elimination.
I can hear your chain squeaking. It’s dry AF. When was the last time you lubed it?
