Any idea what's going on here? Only happens in lower gears. Almost seems like the chain is getting caught on one of the teeth on the cassette causing the derailleur to do what it's doing. Wish I had another angle to show of the cassette.

Does it also happen when pedalling slowly? I had something like that, cleaning and some adjustment on the alignment fixed it
