Those buff marks on the crank say that thing had seen some miles, tires look pretty haggard too. I’d assume it’s a complete rebuild.

Could be legit, I had my brand new surly disc trucker frameset for sale for $200 and no one offered anything. I dropped it down to $150 and I got a $100 offer. For that much I just kept the frame.

Those water bottle cages alone are half that price unless there’s some knock off I haven’t seen before
I got my super professional as a complete off Craigslist for $500 so yeah great deal if it works for you.

Picked it up for $350. Paint has scratches and will need new tires and cables. Other than the saddle all parts are original. Tiagra group set with hydraulic disc brakes, fsa cranks and chainring. Hopefully will clean up nicely

Great deal seems to be Ultegra 8000 hydraulic disc. If it’s not stolen as others are discussing it’s a steal 😄

I’d proceed with caution. Not saying it’s not legit, though. Just ask questions and take in the environment when you are there looking at it. Where you meet can make a difference in trusting the sale.
I got my Cross Check with probably less than 500 miles on it for $300. It was advertised as Hurly Bike, yes Hurly, with no description beyond that. Talked with the owner and he just needed to make space in his garage for a new, very expensive car and he never really rode the bike so he just wanted it gone. All checked out and I have a great bike.

lack of details is weird but 400 isn’t out of the question for a well used tiagra bike.

You can figure out if you’re dealing with a thief in about two DMs- 1. What’s the groupset? 2. Did you put on the carbon fork yourself? If so steal it back!
