Those are both odd bikes. I mean you can wheelie anything, but why the MTB style with road tires?

I would pick the second one but lower the seat all the way down. Neither are wheelie bikes or anything. So they won’t be great. Are you trying to do actual wheelies or are you learning to pop wheelie type thing? Like are you a beginner just starting?
My friend, these are XC bikes with smooth tires on them.
I’m not sure you know what you are looking for, but these aren’t wheelie bikes
