Remove the whole bottom bracket, throw it away…spend $25 on a new square taper. Your good for another 20 years
Just replace the bottom bracket. $30 tops for a new cartridge BB. Not even worth the time to drill and extract the rest of the bolt out to save it.
Replacement BB. Easy fix and maybe an upgrade.
The bike isn’t cooked but the bottom bracket is.
Square taper bb and removal tool is relatively small investment.
If it’s your daily ride and you like it , I’d spend the money.
If you don’t feel confident to DIY I think the cost for an LBS to do would be reasonable

There are tools to reverse that bolt out. Sometimes a drill on reverse is enough. It’s only a bottom bracket, so that can be replaced if you can’t get the broken bolt out. You’ll need a bb removal tool.but they can be bought (both tool and axle/cups) quite cheaply online. The overall length, the drive side length and the bottom bracket shell width are the important measurement. It may well be a sealed unit which will usually have the measurements on it to reorder something similar.
Edit. Sorry I missed the locrite thing. Threadlock will probably be OK as it just stops them being so loose but superglue will mean more likely a replacement.
Not cooked. You’ll just need to replace the bottom bracket. If you’re doing the work yourself you’ll need a splined bottom bracket removal tool, and a need square taper bottom bracket. If you’re in the US the tool is only like 10-15 usd and the bottom bracket is 15-20. It’s a 45 labor and 17 in parts at the bike shop I work at. Definitely look at the crank as well, and make sure the square hole isn’t rounded out

Simply remove the bottom bracket it looks worse than it is
And, when that new bottom bracket (and possibly the new replacement left crank arm) are installed, I daresay you’ll be delighted.
