Hi Ken ek mis my kinderjare op die plaas. Die verskillende reuke van koei, skaap en perdemis wat gebruik is vir kompos. Ek is nou 70 en woon in die Strand, maar ek mis die plaas in Bethlehem distrik. Biltong, droewors, gedroogde vrugte, kerrie braun en seep wat in groot swart potte op die oop vuur gekook word. Geniet jou plaas en ek haal my hoed af vir die Portugeuse wat so ongelooflik hard werk en sonder enige arbeiders. Groete vir Gina van n winderige Strand. Granny Suid Afrika❤
