What do you think about the size?

Tried the Merdia speeder 200 and the endurance 300 today. I am 187cm with relatively short legs. My current bike is to small. I want to make sure this one is the right size. Both are size L or 56cm. The XL 61cm was to big so the sales guy told me the 56cm would be good. What so you think?
