



Hi everyone, I finally got my new gravel, but it’s been a bumpy start—literally. On the second day after bringing it home, I had a bad fall and hit my elbow so hard I was on sick leave for a month. It’s been a while, but I’m now back on the saddle.
The thing is, I’ve been feeling pretty nervous every time I ride. Going downhill or riding on gravel, I feel like I’m “jumping” a lot, almost like the bike isn’t sticking to the ground. Could this be because of too much tire pressure? If so, is there a way to check what’s ideal for me?
Also, I’d love to hear from those of you who’ve dealt with fear after a crash—how did you build your confidence back up? I really want to enjoy the rides without constantly worrying about falling again.
