Arrived about a week ago and have been building it over the past few days. Took it on its first ride today while we still have some decent weather. This is also the first time in 20 years that I'm riding a wheelset I built (always built wheels for others but never myself) and first time ever riding clipless! Once I swap the seat and get a shorter reach stem, it'll be dialed in!
