If I purchase this , can I just use it without a clamp and cut my carbon fork? Or is it a must to use a clamp or any other products. Ik about wearing a mask due to the fibers.

Just get a cheap hacksaw from amazon or even your dollar store, check the lenght but they are pretty standard, then you can stick this blade on it
Technically yes you can, but what is going to happen is the fork is going to not be cut straight and your headset could not be fully tightened. You also risk damaging the carbon if it’s not cut straight
You don’t really need a clamp if you pay good attention and are willing to take the risk. I did my last fork cut without a clamp and using an old stem to draw a perfect line to cut and it came out perfect. Just need to constantly pay attention you’re going straight. I’d still recommend getting a clamp or just getting it done at a bike shop.
