Bought a bike rack and its all good EXCEPT for the encircled part. Its too short to reach the bolts encircled on my bike. Would it be possible to buy a longer version online or something?

Brackets / arm brackets for pannier rack. Topeak make some good longer ones.

I don’t know what it’s called. But not a few racks support adjusting the length of that part.

Pannier rack – yes you can get extenders to make it fit (or a good bike shop will sort out for you with a relatively inexpensive install)
Not sure about the name but had to comment as say that puppy is adorable 🥺
