  1. dude, 495 is not "Low end" of normal… It's literally right in the middle. Low end would be 300 and then you should be on TRT. 1,000+ is literally PED levels..

  2. I haven't had testosterone therapy in 2 years due to no insurance & the exorbitant lab costs & the male body stops producing it once the synthetic takes over.
It's honestly been one hell of a ride exploring the caverns & crevaces of my 🧠 while also healing a broken spine in the 2 years without THE most important chemical required to "BE A MAN" & I can't wait to start 💉 1000mg again cause it's a real struggle at 44 without it.

  3. How do I pharmaceutical grade magnesium glycinate and omega 3 esyl esters?

And how do both of those particularly omega esyl esters boost t? NEVER heard of those noticeably boosting T for the omega, the magenisium I believe there’s some studies.

  4. ill be honest. i have what would be considered "high test" and its annoying. i went on a weird diet and it tanked my test but i felt great. then i stopped the diet cause i wasnt waking up with morining wood anymore and it freaked me out. but then i realized how often i think about sex, girls, fighting, after eating normally and its honestly exhausting. i never noticed it before, but literally, every 20 minutes im thinking about a girl. i know test is the thing that makes a man a man but honestly…..overrated.

  5. yeah but alot of people would argue that free test is a better measurement than total test as you can have high total and low free, typically as a result of eating meats high in Iron like organ meats

  6. Im 20 and have been working out for almost a year now. I dont get my bloodwork done but I can tell you things feel different, not only do i look good, I feel awesome, which is partly from the looks. I do believe there are several things one can do to improve hormonal health, which seems to be fundamental to happiness and energy and all…

  7. And the drs wont help at all. If you tell them youre tired, anxious, depressed, cant sleep, cant think and if your test is in the ridiculously massive range of normal. Theylll give you a pill for every symptom rather that just make you feel better with testosterone. Because theyre just money hungry businessmen

  8. I am 43 and my T levels are 379. Feel tired, depressed, halfassed boners, no motivation, horrible recovery times. Finally started my TRT, I did my very first injection 2 days ago, doing the second injection tomorrow. 2 T injections a week and HCG, multivitamins, magnesium glycenate, potassium. Now I will be adding Boron. Wish me the best guys

  9. Everything he just mentioned can be found in food. If your diet doesn't suck, you don't take illegal drugs, and you work out your legs, high T can be achieved.

  10. Here I am in Sweden at 230 ng/dl but dr wouldnt give me any treatment but he did offer me viagra, but I have 0 libido wtf am I supposed to do with viagra?
    34years old btw

  11. You only get treated if you’re rich. If you say you can pay in cash they’ll do whatever you want. Otherwise they’ll dodge the real issues because they know you can’t afford what’s actually needed. It’s always about money. Always.

  12. The thing is bro…. You’re too young to be needing that. Everyone, literally everyone, no matter your age, wants to be better. So I think it’s dangerous for younger men to get on this. No shit it’s going to make you feel amazing.

    Thoughts?

  13. 495 NG/DL? I had mine done, it was .305 something, apparently close to borderline of too low, but since I was still above what was considered "normal", doctors won't help me with my testosteron, and I just know I have T issues because I have all the symptoms…

  14. Crap.
I am Central American, rural central America my internist and urologist tested me and turned out 921 ng/ml.
I think this is normal in rural Honduras.

  15. It’s down to what we accept as individuals. What we accept for our health , I wouldn’t get too caught up in gender , make life simple just identify WHAT DO WANT FOR OURSELVES then workout how to get it . This guys podcast are cool and interesting but he over complicates everything, highly intelligent people I’ve seen do this a lot

  16. I don’t think society is suppressing masculinity, just some of the toxic stuff we’ve ascribed to it over the years. My husband is the least toxic person I know, hes not domineering, controlling or violent at all, but he’s also very masculine in how he holds himself, how he views the world, and the roles he plays – so grounded, kind, secure, strong, loving, protective(I could go on for days). Much like femininity had to be reframed to discard the toxic ideas (weakness, submissiveness etc) I think we can and should discard the toxic ideas around masculinity while also reframing it to focus more on the positive and healthy aspects.
