I’ve been putting together lowrider bikes since I was a kid. Everyone who finds stuff like this looks at the head tube for screw holes which usually means it’s a Schwinn. The other stuff it would have is the pinched tubes by dropouts towards back wheel.

Not gonna lie I’m currently putting together an all white 20 inch cruiser and I’m kinda bummed that the 9 inch risers don’t look as bad ass as I thought they would… I have the same handlebars and I got them because I wanted the bike to stay low.

If it’s a Schwinn it might be worth building… if you’re a welder you can do cool stuff with this lol

I’m 58, my first BMX was this style frame with a ten speed seat, knobby tires, crossbar handlebars w/pad, cool waffle grips, fender delete, and spiked pedals. I had a Huffy so it was black one week and orange the next. Painting whatever color spray paint you found in your dad’s stash was fun. I miss it just as much as my bike shop bought Webco BMX.
