After a bike fit on my [Ultimate CF SL 8 Disc](https://www.canyon.com/en-us/road-bikes/race-bikes/ultimate/cf-sl/ultimate-cf-sl-8-disc/3073.html?dwvar_3073_pv_rahmenfarbe=GY%2FBK), we determined that the cockpit needs to be replaced. In general I need a shorter stem (looking for around 80 mm) with rise. The options seem to be limited because of the 1 1/4″ head tube. I am open to getting another one-piece cockpit or switching to a stem and handlebar. Mainly I am looking for something that is clean and won’t look out of place on the bike. Does anyone have a setup that has worked well or suggestions for swapping out the cockpit?
