  1. You should consider covering those floorboards more with some matt, so they’re protected from all the sweat.

  2. Very hard to comment with just a single video, but I’d want to see you ride more in the upper position with arms bent between 45 and 90 degrees and your hands correctly on the shifters.

Then it’d be a discussion about how you feel and whether you have physiological issues that need to be addressed.

  3. Appear pretty upright still. Maybe try a slightly longer stem? Knee bend at bottom of pedal stroke looks pretty good.

  4. Get the app bike fast fit. You will need that to take proper measurements and asses the fit. Saddle looks a bit low as your knee angles seem too acute. But it’s not possible to tell for sure without the bff tool snapshots.

Do you ever get out on the hoods? I like mine a bit flatter. I would try that before the longer stem others are talking about. Also maybe a touch more bend in the elbow. The result will be a less upright position overall, but may be too extreme depending on your hip mobility and core strength. Overall pretty good fit though, I think.

  6. Bike fitting is a 3D exercise. Get a real bike fit.

But it looks like you are 20mm too long judging bily the gap between your hands and the end of the hoods.

  7. Obviously impossible to tell from a short video, but I see nothing shocking standing out here. I would ride and see if I feel comfortable or not.

  8. I would try raising the seat. It might feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar at first but after an hour ride you should be and to tell if it’s right for you. You look okay in the video but on the low side imo.

The faster you peddle the faster you’ll get to where you’re going… Fit-wise that is 🤦🏻‍♂️
