Hope is to find a used bike to get me through my first half iron man.
Per the listing, the Specialized is full carbon.
I think the Fuji is this: 2013 Fuji Gran Fondo 3.0 LE (https://bikeindex.org/bikes/49740). Please correct me if I am wrong. Any insight as to which is the better deal / what fair prices would look like would be much appreciated!

Neither one at those ridiculous prices. If they were $300-$400 then these would be worth considering.

Agree with the previous comment. Both are WAY overpriced, not just slightly. Especially the one Sora components. At least the Fuji is a carbon frame (albeit older carbon tech) and has the 105 Groups Set. You cannot expect anywhere near what you paid when purchased new for a 10 year old plus bike. Insanity for sure. Keep looking or offer them half.

Actually not bad prices if they are in mint condition. I sold Roubaix Apex this summer for a little over 1000, it was 2012.
