You panicked and took your feet off the pedals. You had it if you just rode it out.

I think you let the bike come into your chest too much and then got too much over the front leading you into getting bucked.

You fell instead of rolling away, silly goose!

Start with helmet buddy or you won’t be able to post here again at some point

you didn’t do anything at all leading up to that kicker… at the most hopes and prayer’s is what was guiding you through the air.
highly recommend looking through some skill videos that cover a lot good fundamentals, even better a skills clinic if you can source one or doing some sessions with an experienced rider and “towing” in behind them.
also not wearing safety gear (at least a helmet) and poor bike handling skills is a recipe for disaster, if not just being reckless.
Looks like all of em. Don’t be a kook and get a helmet.

First and most important thing is you don’t have a helmet. Do you want to move into a care facility because you cracked your melon open and can no longer feed yourself and have to poop in a diaper….. again?

You absorbed the takeoff. Keep your legs and arms fairly straight, pump before the takeoff. Absorb the landing
At least that’s where I’m at. Figuring the rest out as I go

Yeah. Helmet bro. That’s your problem. You haven’t prepared properly, and your skills match your preparation. Learn some basic skills on YouTube or a clinic, then go practice with a helmet on. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Technically, your posture was wrong. You weren’t in the attack position and your body didn’t posture up for that launch and subsequent landing. Your pedals flat, feet level, head up, elbows out and level, ass off the seat, looking forward, tighten your core and pop your ass out a little on landing.
The first skill I learned was a track stand. Work up from there.
Edit: also really really helpful to ride with people that are at a higher skill level so you can learn faster.

You bucked when you should’ve hucked.
