i’m a bit ocd bout stuff like this. I like the components and brands to match
in my experience most people would be better off buying a second hand custom bike or slowly building their own complete then buying one off the floor – and I say that purely because complete bikes always cut corners to get prices to a certain RRP. The last complete I had I replaced 90% if the parts – really not a good use of my time and money

All the components on that complete will bend or break and get replaced anyways. Find a used setup with mostly aftermarket solid components and you’ll be much better off.

Ironic i see someone else looking at a matte black kink tactic frame, i want a 21.25″ one to swap for my 20.5 (dont quote me on that) verde cadet

I mean, if you only have a frame then yeh. Least you get rolling but non of this post makes sense to me . This is not explained well tbh

I’d get new forks, cranks and wheels before a new frame.
