This seems a proprietary seatpost design by Look. You should identify the model of the frame and search a proper seatpost, this one looks broken

There should be a clamp to attach a saddle. It’s not in the photo. I see Lo, which is probably Look and they do have aero (oval frames). I saw some mention that there is a possibility of using a standard clamp with an oval seat post and maybe thats what you have. A Look shop might be your best bet.

Glad to see you figured out how to mount the seatpost in the frame! Are you willing to provide the model name of the bike this time around, or at least post a full picture of the frame? Last time not doing so prevented people from being able to help you.
“Look” is the brand, but it is not the model name of your frame.

Get a normal round seatpost of the correct size to go into and to the bottom of that aero seat mast. You will have to accurately measure the inside diameter of the aero seat mast with calipers, or have a shop do it for you. The normal round seatpost gets secured into the aero seat mast, before it gets put into the frame, with that bolt (as seen in your previous post) that’s at the other end of the aero seat mast. It tightens into/against the bottom of the round seatpost that you put in there, like a set screw.

Maybe it’s a seat mast and requires a topper?
