are those rim brake wheels?
I think so! Check for play in the bottom bracket, headset, hubs. Check for damage on the frame and wheels, and try turning all 4 limit screws on the derrailurs back about 1 turn and then forward to its original orientation. That generation e-tap had a common issue of seized limit screws.
If you’re not confident in checking over the bike, meet at a bike shop for a mechanic to evaluate the bikes condition. (Call ahead and schedule a time for a mechanic to evaluate the bike. Not all shops will do this)
Is the whole groupset RED? That + the 404s is worth more than 2k
Buy it for wheels and groupset for sure. If there is damage to frame, well you’re still coming out ahead IMO.
