I find that the fluid is apt to write checks my skills can’t cash lol.

    Absolutely adore mine. Have fun!

I asked all my friends at school and they think it’s pretty neat. Except Billy, but don’t worry about him. He picks his nose in science class and wipes the buggers on Bunsen burner nozzles.

  3. Friend of mine has had one for about 3 years. Loves it. Very capable trail bike. He upgraded the fork as he had a base model Rockshox 35, so he got a Domain as he’s quite heavy.

    Hasn’t missed a beat.

  4. The Fluid is a great bike! I’m a big fan of Norco I really like all their bikes. I have a my hardtail is the Torrent and fat bike is the Bigfoot.

  5. great bike especially for a beginner. I had an fs1 of this model for 2 years.

Maybe not the best for really steep trails in BC but great all round trail bike, and good platform to upgrade on.

Identical geo to the REEB SST while being lighter and cheaper. Good builds for the price, especially the A1 and whatever gets the bomber (A3?).

Drop a used Pike (or Bomber, Ribbon, Diamond, etc.) on there for a massive improvement in front end handling.

I picked a C1 up a few months back after having long travel alloy bikes for a few years, honestly such a good bike. I’m riding it more and feeling more confident on it, it’s playful where it counts and planted when it needs to be. I swapped out the suspension right away for an Ohlins RXF36 M.2 fork and TTX air shock as well as SRAM Code SLV brakes and OneUp V3 240 dropper.

I’ve got a Fluid HT that I’ve done a wee bit of everything on! It is a tremendous frame and tough as. At the time I got mine there were nearly no options at the same price that had through axles or threaded bottom brackets.
