This week I am in the Peak District and cycling around my extended backyard as far as Chapel-en-le-Frith. Almost 40 miles and 4000ft of elevation. Mega views and some exhausting climbs. Type II fun all the way! Come along as for the ride as we stretch our old legs and meet some new friends.
