Flutter kicks
Bird dog

Bulgarian split squats
5 sets, 5 reps
2-3 min rest between sets
For leg and core strength

Stiff legged deadlifts
3 sets, 10 reps
2 min rest between sets
For hamstring and glute strength

Calf raises
3 sets, 15 reps
1 min rest between sets
