I bought these 700x 40 tyres for my 2023 Specialized diverge as I wanted thicker tyre ( they currently have 700 x 38) however they don’t seem to fit and I can’t seem to figure out why ? any information on what the correct thicker tyre size would be or what I’ve done wrong would be massively appreciated

In what way don’t they fit? Can’t fit them on to the rim or don’t fit in the frame?
