Good morning,
I encountered an issue where the rim's inner edge moves and cuts the valve of my inner tube. Actually, it's more like the inner tube is shifting. I had no problems up until now, but I removed and reassembled the wheel yesterday, and after a short ride, I had this flat tire.
Is it a coincidence, or is it possible that I did something wrong when reassembling my wheel? (For example, the brake disc might be touching the pads periodically, causing constant braking).

Check the valve hole for burrs, if there are any smooth them out and then put a couple of layers of electrical tape over the inside the valve hole and push the valve through, it should pull the tape through a little way and be just enough to stop the movement that cuts through the rubber
It looks like you’re riding a hub driven ebike. Flats like this are already common when tire pressure isn’t kept up with, but doubly so when hub motors are involved. They will literally put so much torque through the wheel that the tube and tire slip which punctures the value stem. Best thing to do is maintain your tire pressures and be easy on the throttle
Oh, my co-rider had this. 4 flat tires in one ride. We were near the river bank and asked a fisherman for a duct tape. wound over the rim tape. Hot fix on the road
