Might be a dumb question. When I have the helmet more forward it covers my chin but when having it normal it doesn’t cover the chin like the last pic. The only helmet I’m comparing it to is a dirt bike helmet. When I detach the chin attachment the helmet feels fine.

First pic is correct. Last pic it’s tilted too far back. Usually you can adjust the position of the harness in the back to better fit your skull.
pay more attention to where the helmet sits on your forehead. The last picture is a badly fitting helmet. The other pictures are fine. It may be that your cheek pads need to be worn in or adjusted.
In my opinion… it’s designed to be a middle of the road option and isn’t the best at being a full face helmet. The first pics appear to be the correct way to wear it, but you sacrifice base of the skull and spine coverage because that’s how it fits when worn without the face guard.
Have the same helmet and the fit was the same when I first wore it, wore in over time. I mainly wear it sans face/chin guard, and then put it on for park days or sending it on downhills I’ve never rode before. If its new – order the next size and return the one that feels better.
No help but that last picture is hilarious
Looks small tbh. Maybe try one size up
